It is our belief that one size fits all approaches to problem solving is damaging, outdated and obsolete in the age of information and world wide connection. Our unique and innovative approach to creating a more unified society involves a deep and introspective understanding of our own social identities, as well as how these identities have led us away from our own authenticity, and into conformity at times in our own lives. True unity can only occur through a world in which everyone in it is choosing to be authentic in who they actually are. To begin we must set our identities aside to listen to new perspectives.
