At Be Limitless, our goal is to cultivate unity through creating a space that truly welcomes everyone to be courageous and bold in their individual uniqueness. We strive to encapsulate the essence of fulfillment and solve the societal conundrum of humans projecting fear, thus creating a world with an inability to hear. It is our belief that one size fits all approaches to problem solving is damaging, outdated and obsolete in the age of information and world wide connection. The Beyond Limits Installation is a 5-module, in-person training curriculum designed to transform institutional culture by addressing emotional disconnection and biases in the workplace and on campus, thus creating kinder more connected community. It equips professionals with tools rooted in neuroscience, lived experience, and emotional intelligence to help build more compassionate, inclusive environments. Beyond Limits is rooted in evidence-based practices, but uniquely takes the training experience a few steps further. Facilitators not only use their own lived experience in the process of conducting the training, but lead the group through the tunnel of introspection, challenging everyone to get comfortable with the discomfort of understanding ourselves & how we all contribute to disconnection in our environments. The innovative blueprint infusing human connection through sharing individual experiences is the foundation for creating a more connected community.
